Christophe Castagnera, Head of Connected Experiences, has joined the IPA Effectiveness Leadership Group.
The prestigious advisory group of client and agency leaders works to develop and promote positive behaviour change with a focus on evidence-based decision making.
Christophe will be part of the group debating how best to sell marketing to the C-suite, manage marketing in day-to-day client/agency relations, and develop strategies to measure marketing in order to demonstrate effectiveness in delivering profitable brand growth. The Group will also agree and support a 2020 cross-industry programme of research and development by leading industry consultants, the findings of which will be unveiled at the IPA EffWorks London 2020 flagship conference on 13 October.
Christophe is a business strategist with 22 years' experience for clients and agencies, specialising in experiences, communications and technology. Through working with leading global brands including Rolls-Royce, Expo 2020 Dubai, Vodafone, G.H. Mumm and Jaguar Land Rover, he brings a broad and deep range of insights to his strategy work. As Head of Connected Experiences he is broadening our strategic offer through business strategy, analytics and customer experience design, ensuring that Imagination continues to create world-class moments that blend brand experience and customer experience.
