Detroit’s Jennifer Grace promoted to Client Services Director

The new role supports Detroit’s growth and diversifying client base.

Our Detroit team are pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Grace to the position of Client Services Director. Since joining in 2019, Jennifer's dedication and contributions have been pivotal in the growth and diversification of the studio’s client base over the past five years, particularly within the Ford business segment. Jennifer’s role is effective immediately reporting to Tim Stafford, Managing Director at Imagination Detroit.

During her tenure, Jennifer has spearheaded some of the studio's most notable large-scale events, including the successful launch of the F-150 Lightning and Ford's Capital Markets Day creative events. Her leadership and strategic vision have played a crucial role in expanding and enhancing relationships with clients.

As Imagination Detroit continues to broaden its portfolio of work, Jennifer’s newly formed position will play a key role in leading and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality service. Additionally, she will oversee a newly formed account team tasked with managing upcoming projects for new clients such as Magna and Axalta, alongside new workstreams from Ford such as Ford Performance and Dealer Engagement.
