Ford nominated for 5 awards at the 2023 PRWeek Awards US

We’re thrilled to announce that our client Ford Motor Company has received five finalist nominations for this year's PR Week Awards US, three of those projects were in collaboration with Imagination; Best in Product Brand Development, Best Global Effort and Best in Financial Communications categories.

For the Best in Product Brand Development category, Ford and Imagination was nominated for their F-150 Lightning Strikes campaign, which acted as a catalyst in driving the electric vehicle conversation while celebrating Ford’s contribution to the U.S. economy, its people, customers and crucially, culture.

The Mustang Stampede launch earned a finalist spot for Best Global Effort. This past September, Ford invited Mustang owners from almost every state in the country to the heart of Detroit to join the one thousand car stampede. More than 2,500 fans filled the Detroit waterfront eagerly awaiting the reveal of the all-new seventh generation Ford Mustang.

In the Best in Financial Communications category, Ford received a nomination for their Accelerating Transformation event, which communicated the company’s acceleration of the Ford+ plan to unlock growth and create value for Ford’s shareholders with the creation of new business units.

Ford also received a nomination for Best in House Team and on behalf of all Imagination we want to celebrate their outstanding achievement.

The PRWeek Awards are widely accepted as one of the most prestigious awards in the PR and communications sector. Built up over 30 years, the Awards showcase and reward the industry's very best talent and work via its famously robust and rigorous judging process.
