We once again teamed up with MLB to relaunch the HRDX in-game content and scoring for the 2024 series.
Following on from the successful launch of HRDX last year, the 2024 season returned with four new fixtures across the U.S of A.
MLB Home Run Derby X is an exciting new baseball format. A 3-on-3 co-ed competition featuring power hitting and defensive hustle.
This year’s brief was to two fold, re-energise and reimagine all in-game content and produce and manage the in-game scoring live in the stadium.
New content was designed to ramp up the spectacle as epic catches were plucked from the air and home runs rained down. Taking over stadium LED and ribbons, as well as the bespoke batting stage, we designed a suite of over 100 animations, data visualisation and broadcast overlays to supplement the game presentation and deliver the HRDX brand to the fans.

Our live production team was on-hand to produce the live scoring ensuring every moment was presented to the baying crowds as the drama of the games unfurled.
The new content added to the drama as the games concluded in Durham North Carolina (September 7) following on from Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 10), Albuquerque, New Mexico (August 23), Nashville, Tennessee (August 31). We can’t wait to see what HRDX 2025 has in store.
