ABOUT THE PROJECT
Powering connections in the global payments industry
Visa’s annual Payment Forum returned to San Francisco for a truly global event, with the most attendees and diverse attendee list to date. Moscone Center was home to a series of insightful keynotes, panels and breakout sessions, along with the opportunity to get hands on with new products and services. Down the road, at the Palace of Fine Arts, Maroon 5 headlined an exclusive show for attendees.
CHALLENGE
Every year, Visa Payments Forum convenes the most influential minds in payments, technology and commerce. But in an increasingly complex and unpredictable industry, where AI and agentic commerce are top of mind, how do you keep an annual conference relevant and fresh?

THE OUTCOME
Powering Connections
Our theme ‘Powering Connections’ spoke to the real, tangible value from collaborating and networking in person. Only at VPF can you feel the power of the Visa network surrounded by peers, partners and thought leaders. Our look and feel brings this power to life visually, with a dynamic system that embodies both the strength of the brand and the ambition of the event. The iconic ‘V’ took center stage as the powerful focal point, whilst motion invoked progress and connection and color added depth and warmth.
The Marketplace
The Marketplace was the heart of the Forum, a social hub for attendees and a focal point for Visa business units to meet with clients and run product demos. Each booth had a unique design language, along with bespoke content and interactives. The centrepiece was our stunning suspended LED cube that delivered key messages and wayfinding, along with dynamic content that allowed us to host an opening party, networking sessions and even a watch party for the opening match of the World Cup.
General Session
The General Session featured our distinctive stage design, using the angles of the Visa ‘V’ to create a refined and elegant auditorium that was optimised for broadcast. Visa executives and key client partners gave their insights and perspectives through presentations, panels and fireside chats. The program was closed out by Ted Lasso star Jason Sudeikis, the face of Visa’s new World Cup campaign.
Pop Playback
Forum Fest was an incredible way to close out VPF, as Maroon 5 headlined the iconic Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. Our original visual identity playfully referenced the early 00s pop music the band helped to define, with a bold and vibrant expression. Beyond the music, our attendees were able to network and unwind through a series of games and experiences that filled out the Palace.
