If you go to Porto, you go to Cálem. Our brand home for Cálem was a class-leading experience that represented the pinnacle of the port world in the UNESCO World Heritage site, Porto city centre.
CHALLENGE
The experience championed the Douro Valley as a whole. It brought alive the majestic landscape of the Valley, the perfect start to welcome visitors to the craft of port. The brand home consisted of interactions, tasting sessions and a retail space.

THE OUTCOME
A user journey with storytelling at its heart
Visitors were guided by a sommelier to bring the vibrancy of port to life and were educated on the age-old crafting process. They further explored the brand through several interactions that showcased the production, nature and many flavours of Cálem port.
A world-class tasting experience
During the tasting session, a world cellar master introduced visitors to the complexities and craftsmanship that went into every bottle. Cálem created the best and most varied range of port wines in the region.
