Through the voice of then newly appointed CEO, Michel Doukeris, alongside 20 other key global executives, our team helped ABI tell the story of their new global purpose and the fundamental rethinking of their ten-year strategy as the world’s leading brewer during their 2021 virtual investor event.

Creating a Future with More Cheers
The live investor event content showcased AB InBev’s evolved strategy which is to lead and grow the category; digitise and monetise its ecosystem; and optimise its business – all starting with a refined purpose: We Dream Big to Create a Future with More Cheers. Michael Doukeris and his executive team presented a redefined strategy for the future of the company which was broadcast live through over three hours of content, followed by a 45-minute dynamically engaging live Q&A.
Meeting the moment
The company continues to build on its legacy and rich ecosystem, harnessing physical and digital assets to create long-term value for stakeholders. Leading up to the investor event, Imagination worked with regional brand and production teams in the capture of executives across the globe. We developed a cohesive design aesthetic that was used throughout all materials, including key motion graphics, the branded virtual event platform where the event was hosted, and the live Q&A studio set. Following the seminar, we provided a total of eight social media clips and an abridged version of the live event content to further showcase the key aspects of how AB InBev is delivering on its commercial strategy and fuelling momentum in the long term.

Over 1,500 investors from across the globe tuned in live to the investor update, which offered the unique opportunity to virtually “meet” and learn firsthand about ABI’s long-term strategy to lead and grow the category from key company executives.
