Full Time Client Services / Project
LinkedIn Life

Overview

Imagination is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Producer of live and experiential events that has a strong production background to take on a dual-role, leading both the client-facing and production aspects of our clients projects. This is a key position within our team, where you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from brief to execution, while also fostering and expanding client relationships to ensure long-term success.

As the client/Project lead, you will be the main point of contact for our Client, managing all day-to-day business and building trusted partnerships. You will lead the production of all projects across multiple divisions, collaborating closely with the Head of Live Production, creative teams, and production staff (full-time and freelance) to ensure that the right resources and expertise are applied to each project. This includes interpreting briefs, managing budgets, timelines, and supplier logistics, all while focusing on quality, efficiency, and profitability.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for converting project briefs into actionable plans, guiding them from proposal to work-in-progress (WIP), and ensuring the projects are delivered successfully. You’ll assemble the project team with the support of our creative and production leads, managing workflows to exceed client expectations.

You’ll also play a key role in forecasting revenue, ensuring commercial alignment, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business and client relationships. As a Senior Producer, you’ll play a vital role in turning client ideas into impactful realities. From concept to completion, you’ll lead projects that reflect our bold standards while creating a positive, inclusive environment where every team member can thrive.
