We are thrilled to offer a 6-month contract opportunity for a dynamic live events professional. Experience in delivering live events, such as conferences, is essential, along with proficiency in 3D Vectorworks.
Performing a key role in the team, a Senior 3D Designer performs and delivers comprehensive 3D design work which is a mix of predefined stand designs, floorplanning and more conceptual experience design work on tech demos.
Working closely with the project Producers to ensure projects are delivered on-time and to budget.
The 3D Designer will work closely with our project leads, producers, 2D Designer and suppliers to design and build bespoke technology demo/activation stands in clever and cost effective ways, that elevate the integration of branded elements and maintain design integrity at a premium level across the entire events. Designers will be responsible for delivering sketches, render visuals and detailed documentation with the support of the team.
This position requires an immediate start, so candidates should be available to begin work without delay.
Advanced ability of Vectorworks 2D detailed documentation, Vectorworks 3D modelling and visualisation, full Adobe suite, Microsoft Office.
The first event for this role will involve delivering high-profile live events for a leading global technology company, focusing on innovative advancements in AI and business solutions. Attendees enjoy exclusive access to expert panels, keynotes and roundtables to explore how we can leverage tech innovations to shape the future of work together.
The events are conference style delivery with main stage content, breakout areas and sessions and demo stands. You will be the sole 3D design resource across the projects, responsible for leading the design direction.
