About the job

Imagination is highly regarded globally for its exhibition and events work and at the heart of this success is our ability to manage the process from initial conception through to on-site delivery. 

As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our exhibition & events.
Collaborating departments with the creative and account departments, your focus is to ensure we deliver the best creative work within the parameters of time & budget. We believe everything is possible and you will be challenged to find solutions to deliver on this belief.


Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Auto Show program and other event and exhibition projects as required
  • Collaborate with creative team to ensure we deliver according to the vision
  • Create BOQ and supplier briefing documents
  • Manage suppliers, budget and timeline to ensure we deliver on time and on budget
  • Produce production schedules and manage on-site temporary staff as required.
  • Manage health and Safety on all projects including the creation of all documentation
  • Liaise with venues and site service representatives. Carry out site visits as appropriate.
  • Champion Imagination processes and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain positive relationships across the internal Imagination team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of exhibition or event production management experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Working knowledge audio visual systems
  • Experience in budget management & supplier negotiation
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Chinese)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of international Health & Safety standards
  • Proficient with Google Workspace
