About us
We spark the imagination Changing the way people think, feel and act
About the Role
We’re hiring a part-time People & Culture (P&C) Partner to own the full employee lifecycle — from first candidate touchpoint through offboarding — for our New York and Detroit studios, and Investor Communications business based in our New York studio.
This is a standalone, senior HR generalist / HR Business Partner role: you’ll be the sole dedicated People & Culture presence supporting both locations, working directly with the Executive Director and people managers across the business.
This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role suited to an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or People Partner who wants full ownership of talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, Learning & Development, and HR operations — not a narrow slice of the function.
The compensation listed reflects the full-time equivalent salary and will be prorated based on a 3-day-per-week part-time work schedule.
Why this role
You’ll have full ownership of the People & Culture function for two offices — real autonomy, direct executive access, and the chance to shape policy, process and culture, rather than execute someone else’s playbook. This is a role for someone who wants strategic scope and hands-on delivery in equal measure.
What You’ll Own

Onboarding, Induction & Offboarding
Employee Relations
Compliance, Risk & Data Protection
Policy & Employee Voice

We believe the responsibility for a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace ultimately rests with all of us.
We believe that all employees should feel a sense of belonging at Imagination – regardless of their race, religion or belief, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability or background.
We believe racism has no place within our workplace or our work culture and we reject all forms of hatred, prejudice, intolerance and discrimination.
We believe that Black Lives Matter and it is our expectation that all employees become actively committed to making unbiased choices and are anti-racist in everything they do. Our Imagination community must share and live these beliefs, as diversity makes us stronger.
Our priority is humanity and our efforts towards a more diverse, more equitable and more inclusive workplace are never done.
