Are you passionate about creating inspiring spaces and unforgettable first impressions? At Imagination, we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Office Experience Manager to be the heartbeat of our Sydney Office.
The role is a part time, office based role and working days will be Tuesday to Thursday – (Office hours can be flexible and adhoc hours on Monday pending requirements)

Sitting at the core of our operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our office running like clockwork. From smoothing out the small details to orchestrating studio-wide moments that inspire, you’ll be the key connector across our creative, production, and client service teams. Your superpower? Anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems with calm confidence and a can-do spirit.
We’re seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and solutions-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re someone who finds joy in supporting others, takes pride in creating seamless experiences, and loves bringing energy and order to a buzzing creative studio then this is the role for you.
Prior experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar administrative/operational role.
● Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels.
● Skilled in managing vendor relationships and studio services procurements
● Familiar with managing workplace safety, compliance, and emergency procedures.
● Comfortable working in a creative agency or fast-moving studio environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
● Strong sense of initiative with the ability to foresee and resolve issues before they arise.
● Enthusiastic about workplace culture and enhancing employee experience.
