Account Manager – Purple Team

• Ability to develop relationships between account management team, other Imagination resource teams and third party suppliers
• Be a true process champion and support best practices implementation proactively
• Write effective and compelling project briefs and client contact reports
• Brief and manage internal teams to ensure projects are on track and exceeding client expectations
• Day to day client facing role for client communication
• Doing required desktop research and support contributing to client presentations and proposals
• Fulfilling the role in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain positive client relationships and seek further business opportunities
• Manage project budgets from initial brief through delivery and on to final client reconciliation
• Responsible for project planning, ensuring client sign off for purchase orders and delivery of projects, taking participative approach as required
• Support the development of new business relationships when appropriate

• A good sense of understanding or experienced in Chinese experience marketing and digital trends
• Ability to work independently and being accountable for individual project
• Able to conduct yourself with the highest standard of behaviour and respect for colleagues
• Good attitude and willing to learn and grow
• Good personality and communication skills which will help to gain client’s trust quickly and play as a team player within the team
• Good working English language skills and native Mandarin speaker
• Have a good communication skill to work with the multi-culture internal team and clients 
• Leadership experience on campaigns/events and/or digital projects would be a plus
• Work under pressure and flexible with business trip requirements
