Overview

The Senior Artworker role is responsible for delivering accurate artwork across a variety of media including large format and print collateral. The role requires great attention to detail, accuracy, self motivation and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You’ll provide an extra level of technical expertise and ensure all artwork adheres to visual identity criteria.

You’ll need an excellent understanding of production techniques, print processes, an eye for typography, layout, imagery and production, and also capabilities in proof reading and guideline guardianship.

We operate across diverse sectors including automotive, retail landscapes, finance, sport, with events which include immersive brand activations, experiential structures, conferences, gala dinners and monumental branded environments. This requires a proficient execution of high-quality assets.

This role sits within Graphics Production as part of the wider Live Events team. This is a very exciting role which will work with all clients across the agency and have access to work across a variety of brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-volume artwork by generating and tailoring digital and physical assets according to established brand standards
  • Prepare artwork for print and conduct appropriate checks to ensure they are print-ready and/or meet printer specifications
  • Construct master files and assets following established agency protocols and specific brand requirements
  • Drive high-quality output by maintaining a meticulous approach to accuracy from the initial execution
  • Execute comprehensive colour management and image retouching across various technical printing formats
  • Lead the development and ongoing governance of visual identities and style documentation
  • Uphold aesthetic integrity and brand cohesion for diverse deliverables regardless of the production hub
  • Act as the technical artwork authority during cross-functional project scoping and strategy sessions
  • Identify opportunities for workflow refinement to enhance overall creative excellence and project speed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Demonstrate a proven background in the execution of high-quality large and small format  artwork
  • Extensive agency experience
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat, MS Office and other appropriate applications to produce accurate artwork
  • Deep technical knowledge of diverse printing methodologies and reprographic applications
  • Skillfully translate core design concepts across various formats and physical dimensions
  • Perform advanced colour correction and image manipulation for multiple technical disciplines
  • Conduct meticulous visual audits of assets to ensure precise colour matching and technical fidelity
  • Adeptly navigate and apply intricate brand governance and technical style guidelines
  • Remain up-to-date with current and up and coming production processes and digital technologies
  • Have the ability to deliver under pressure and multi-task
