3D Visualiser

Full Time Client Services / Project
LinkedIn Life

Overview

We’re looking for a 3D Visualiser to bring ideas to life through best-in-class 3D modelling, rendering and animation. From quick event concept designs to photoreal hero renders, real-time previews, and short fly-throughs, you’ll translate concept and design development into visuals that help clients see and believe.

You’ll partner closely with our 3D Experience Designers, 2D, Content, and Production to ensure visuals are accurate to scale, materials, and buildability while moving fast for pitches and design milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Concept → Visualisation

  • Generate rapid concept visuals (mood, massing) to explore space, light, and narrative.
  • Develop hero vignettes and cinematic frames that capture signature moments, audiences, and cultural context (KSA).

Modelling, Look-Dev & Lighting

  • Build/clean models from sketches, CAD & VWX, maintain correct scale and hierarchy.
  • Create material libraries, set physically plausible lighting, and establish render settings for speed vs fidelity.
  • Apply regional materiality (stone, plaster, metals, fabrics) and realistic population/props for credible scenes.

Rendering & Post

  • Produce photoreal stills and short fly-throughs, manage render layers/passes for efficient best practice.
  • Execute post in Photoshop/After Effects (grading, sky replacements, atmos, FX) with a restrained, premium finish.

Real-Time & Immersive

  • Prepare scenes for Unreal/Twinmotion (LOD, lightmaps, collisions) for interactive reviews and VR previews.
  • Optimise assets for real-time performance without sacrificing visual intent.

Pipelines, Assets & Quality

  • Maintain scene hygiene, naming conventions, linked textures, XRefs, version control, and render templates.
  • Build and curate shared asset libraries (materials, vegetation, furniture, avatars) to accelerate future projects.

Collaboration & Presentation

  • Work hand-in-hand with 3D/2D/Production to keep visuals aligned with technical constraints and budget.
  • Own the 3D layer of pitch proposals: hero frames, environment applications, and sequence beats that sell the story.

Research & Acceleration

  • Track global benchmarks in museum/exhibition/retail/giga-project visualisation and feed learnings to the studio.
  • Use AI tools (image generators, upscalers, LLMs) to speed mooding and asset exploration, without compromising craft.

Core Competencies

  • Photoreal lighting, materials, composition & camera language
  • Fast iteration + high-fidelity finish under deadline
  • Spatial accuracy and attention to technical detail
  • Clear storytelling through sequences and keyframes
  • Collaboration, feedback agility, and version discipline

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience: Proven studio/agency track record producing visuals for experiential, exhibition, interior, destination or themed projects.
  • 3D & Render: 3ds Max plus V-Ray/Corona
  • Real-Time: Unreal Engine familiarity for interactive reviews/VR; optimisation fundamentals.
  • Post: Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), After Effects/Premiere a plus.
  • Tooling: Miro for reviews; basic CAD read skills (DWG).
  • AI Literacy: Practical use of Visual AI for ideation/cleanup, super-resolution, and variant testing.
  • Language: Strong professional English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred
  • Portfolio: Case-study visuals showing process (greybox → look-dev → hero renders/fly-throughs) with notes on constraints and choices.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive paid time off benefits.
  • Hybrid work model, where our team comes into the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance.
  • Monthly breakfasts and monthly social sessions.
  • Select educational support for growth and upskilling.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on multi-million dollar giga-projects that are literally shaping the future of global tourism and culture.
  • We offer a collaborative, international environment where your ideas will be heard and your growth prioritized.

We commit to not only significantly increasing our efforts to effect change today, but also to ensure that our efforts will be sustained for the long-term.

To support us on this journey we have appointed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board to help shape our plans to bring about positive change, to help us learn and keep us all moving forward together.

We believe the responsibility for a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace ultimately rests with all of us.

We believe that all employees should feel a sense of belonging at Imagination – regardless of their race, religion or belief, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability or background.

We believe racism has no place within our workplace or our work culture and we reject all forms of hatred, prejudice, intolerance and discrimination.
