Imagination Delivers Star Studded Event at Bonhams for Sue Ryder

Imagination Delivers Star Studded Event at Bonhams for Sue Ryder
22 October 2018

Last Friday our team here at Imagination London generously pulled their efforts together to successfully deliver one of our very first charity event for Sue Ryder. Held at the prestigious Bonhams in New Bond Street in London, Sue Ryder were looking for an agency that would help them create a memorable experience for their special star-studded auction night.

A dedicated group of our talented Imagineers got involved to offer their time and expertise in providing creativity, overall production, and logistics management to conceive and deliver the event on a complimentary basis. In the spirit of charity, Bonhams lavishly offered their upscale venue in the heart of Mayfair without charge.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to all of our clients, suppliers and contacts who generously donated a great number of prizes including a weekend at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech, a Spitfire Flight (donated by our air broker Hunt & Palmer), Daniel Radcliffe signed memorabilia, a visit to the Geneva Motor Show hosted by JLR, a chance to be amongst the first to drive Land Rovers new car in Greece amongst many others.

The hugely successful evening also featured two special cars displayed in the Sue Ryder POP Up Shop: the Jaguar Project 8 and the Range Rover SV Coupe.  Providing the opening backdrop to start off the fashion show evening were four unique mannequins, all designed and painted by Ian Callum and Lucy Freud. Attendees were also treated to a set of classical guitar played by two of our very own Imagineers to complete the glitz and glamour.

Collectively, the evening helped raise tens of thousands pound in funds for Sue Ryder and generated 135 pieces of coverage with a staggering reach of over 8.6 million.

As part of the studded fashion show many celebrities also generously donated pieces from their private collections.  The Pop Up ist still open today for anyone keen to get involved!
