Guided by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, we’re proud to announce a major milestone in our sustainability journey: a successful assessment of our practices by EcoVadis, a global leader in business sustainability ratings.
The EcoVadis assessment rigorously evaluates companies on 21 sustainability criteria across four key themes:
- Environment
- Labor & Human Rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable Procurement
We’re thrilled to share that we earned a Bronze Medal, placing us among the top 35% of companies assessed globally. This recognition reflects our strong commitment to sustainability and our efforts to establish a robust management system that meets the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility.
Building on success
Our EcoVadis recognition is just one chapter in our ongoing sustainability story. In 2024, we launched a refreshed Environmental Sustainability Policy with eight key commitments to drive meaningful change. Here are some of the ways we’re making a difference:
- Energy efficiency: Reduced UK office energy use by 7% in one year (and 44% over the past five years).
- Renewable energy: Increased Group renewable energy use to an impressive 73%, with UK offices now 100% powered by renewables.
- Staff training: Introduced company-wide sustainability training, empowering employees to adopt energy-saving practices and create lasting change.
Results that matter
Our dedication to sustainability has also earned us recertification as a Planet Mark-certified business, with significant reductions in measured carbon emissions:
- 23% decrease in Europe over five years.
- 30% decrease globally over the same period.
