Interim Account Manager - Auto Shows

Our Coventry office is recruiting for an  Interim Account Manager to work across our auto show programme for our innovative automotive clients. This is a one-year fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Reporting into the Global Auto Show Programme Director, you will support the Senior Account Manager with project development and delivery especially focussing on digital installations. We’re looking for a client-servicing star who is excellent at building strong relationships and able to support projects from initial proposal stage through to execution and reconciliation. 

You’ll provide accurate and timely contact reports, devise and manage project schedules and will support in developing and managing budgets. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects and will also support in co-ordinating the on-site delivery of projects.

We’ll expect you to have a strong understanding of brand vision and positioning while also being a whiz with budgets and timelines. Above all, multi-tasking will be second nature to you. European travel will be required in this role so a willingness to travel is required, there will also be regular travel to our London office.

You’ll be a highly motivated team player with a can-do attitude. Automotive experience is desirable but not essential along with experience in managing digital projects. The ability to speak German would be advantageous, you’ll also need strong PC skills.
