We are looking for a Manager to grow our Consulting & Destinations offer in the region for clients who seek to succeed in the experience economy, spanning entertainment, culture, airports, tourism, leisure, hospitality and beyond. You will work on managing Consulting & Destinations Projects as well as Business Development – forming part of a dynamic, diverse team that comprises Strategy, Design and Project specialists.

You will be working in a hybrid environment that requires both Consulting-type expertise with the flexibility of Creative Agencies, being part of projects ranging from pre-concept development of giga destinations to implementation of business initiatives – being part of a growing team that aims for excellence in delivery across every client and partner we work with.


Detailed responsibilities:

  • Account & Project Management for Consulting & Destinations Projects
  • Managing client relationships and communications
  • Managing the end to end process – with client and internally
  • Managing overall budgets and timelines – with client and internally
  • Presenting key deliverables to the client alongside wider team
  • Presenting client data/information to internal teams to aid understanding
  • Input into the Strategy, Creative/Design work with the team
  • Client Relationship Management and New Business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with the Client Services Directors to identify new business opportunities and develop client partnerships.
  • Planning, scoping and writing RFP responses
  • Supporting the Consulting & Destinations team
  • Owning the documentation for the department including Go To Market tools and materials
  • Liaison with Partners network & contacts management
  • Liaison with Expert supplier network & contacts management
  • Analysis & Reporting for Consulting & Destinations team


Experience and skills required

  • Able to work in Riyadh and travel regionally essential
  • Minimum 3 years as a Consultant or Project Manager (Tier 1 or Tier 2 consultancies)
  • Fluent Arabic speaking and writing essential (Saudi National not essential but preferred)
  • Fluent English speaking and writing essential
  • Degree-level education essential
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail – whether it’s words or numbers
  • Flexibility, agility and eagerness to learn quickly are essential qualities
