Admin Assistant


We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to support the PA to the Group CEO / CEO EMEA and help to provide a high standard of administrative support to our Senior Management Team.

The role will assist with a wide range of admin duties including diary management, expenses, booking travel, meeting rooms, refreshments and preparing meeting documentation. You will also provide general administrative support to the team including collecting post, running errands, maintaining filing systems, stationary stocks and producing purchase orders. The Admin Assistant will also provide cover on reception as and when required.

You’ll have previous administrative experience, experience of working in a media / creative environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication, relationship building and organisational skills along with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required. You’ll be friendly and approachable with high attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
