As an Account Director at Imagination you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business across your client’s projects. Your client will come to see you as a trusted partner and will see you as the point of contact for all new project briefs.  As Account Director you will convert these briefs from Proposal to WIP as you build a project team with the support of Imagination’s creative and production leads.

At times you will run projects yourself or assign this role to a Producer while at all times keeping close to the project ensuring our delivery exceeds the client expectations whilst satisfying the revenue requirements for Imagination.

At all times you will be accountable for the overall client relationship and are expected to proactively pursue new client opportunities. The role is diverse, touching a variety of different divisions of our Client’s business and taking on new ones as the business diversifies.

You will also be responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives for the agency, as well as helping out with new business activity and running pitches.

The work ranges from internal comms, digital, design, events (small – large scale), exhibitions, brand activations, content development and experience design (digital converging with interior design and community).

Reporting into the Business Director – we are looking for an experienced Account Director with solid client service skills, who is confident and that can show initiative – a real problem solver.
