A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Strategy Director UK to join one of our successful teams to come in and develop strategies and ideas for experiences that change the status quo - for people, for brands, for society.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy UK we’re looking for someone with proven experience in solving innovative challenges for some of the world’s most exciting luxury brands.
Working within a portfolio team focused on Luxury and many Automotive brands, where you will work with the creative and account team to understand client briefs and develop strategic approaches, especially for our across content/communications and Live work
- Discovery and research - Planning and conducting research using a variety of design thinking methods, using it to develop strategically sound and creatively exciting insights
- A deep understanding of luxury sectors - experience delivering campaigns aimed at luxury consumers, and a strong grasp of the changing landscape of how luxury brands are positioning themselves to customers.
- Strategic synthesis - Developing insight-led strategies, messaging frameworks and comms plans
- Ideation and articulation - Co-create and communicate ideas - using words and picture to inspire people with insights, ideas and inventions
- Project and team support - Able to manage meetings, documents and files for project teams
- Write well
- Ask great questions
- Communicate well - persuade and inspire
- Work well in teams
- Be proactive and entrepreneurial - spot opportunities and go after them
- Be organised and on top of details
