Junior Strategist

The Junior Strategist works closely with the strategy team to craft strategies for accounts and projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver discrete pieces of research, insight and idea development
- Work in partnership with other members of the team to deliver key pieces of work
- Bring fresh ideas and approaches for research and workshops
- Support client presentations where required
- Support seniors and directors to ensure strategy elements of projects run smoothly - managing timelines, resources and logistics for the team where needed
- Supports strategy team with organizing meetings and providing administrative support.
Qualifications & Traits
- At least 1 year of related experience in an agency environment, with a good understanding of the industry
- Excellent listener
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Openness to trying new ideas
- Ability to ask interesting questions and provide a fresh perspective
- Great attention to detail
- High media literacy and understanding of youth culture and behaviors.
- Highly organized and able to support multiple team members with projects and general administrative tasks.
- Ability to conduct relevant research into new topics to discover useful insights
- Adept at drawing key insights from client meetings and contact reports.
Compensation
Salary Range: $60k - $80k
Residency Requirements
Candidates must have authorization to work in the US in order to be considered for this position.
