Junior Strategist

The Junior Strategist  works closely with the strategy team to craft strategies for  accounts and projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver discrete pieces of research, insight and idea development
• Work in partnership with other members of the team to deliver key pieces of work
• Bring fresh ideas and approaches for research and workshops
• Support client presentations where required
• Support seniors and directors to ensure strategy elements of projects run smoothly - managing timelines, resources and logistics for the team where needed
• Supports strategy team with organizing meetings and providing administrative support.

Qualifications & Traits

• At least 1 year of related experience in an agency environment, with a good understanding of the industry
• Excellent listener 
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Openness to trying new ideas
• Ability to ask interesting questions and provide a fresh perspective
• Great attention to detail
• High media literacy and understanding of youth culture and behaviors.
• Highly organized and able to support multiple team members with projects and general administrative tasks.
• Ability to conduct relevant research into new topics to discover useful insights
• Adept at drawing key insights from client meetings and contact reports.

Compensation

Salary Range: $60k - $80k

Residency Requirements

Candidates must have authorization to work in the US in order to be considered for this position.
