A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Project Manager - Events to join one of our successful teams supporting them in the development and delivery of projects including proposals, venue finding, location research, project delivery, budgets, schedules, internal interdepartmental and client communications. Will take a lead role and have responsibility for the delivery of smaller projects.
Reporting to the Head of Logistics we’re looking for someone with proven experience in events, exhibitions, or brand experience within an agency environment. Someone who has worked for international blue-chip clients across the globe; leading multidisciplinary creative/strategic/ productions teams, supporting commercial leadership for a variety of IRL and digital campaigns.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Write accurate timely contact reports and briefs
- Manage internal interdepartmental and client communications
- Develop and manage timelines, project plans and proposals
- Maintain up to date project decks
- Work with team to plan wider resources effectively
- Budget management support and development
- Develop commercial skills such as revenue and cost management
- Understand clients, competitors, market, products and strategy
- Proactively ensure schedules are adhered to and project documentation is complete
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Liaise directly/collaborate with clients and be responsive to their needs
- Manage all aspects of assigned project execution including supplier and 3rd party management, keeping within established timeframes
- Follow through with on-site event delivery
- Illustrate an understanding of the creative development process and how to execute event proposal against creative criteria
