A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Creative Director to join one of our successful teams.

What you can already do
You are supremely talented, possessing the highest quality of professional experience, and exemplary competencies in your area of expertise.
  • Working with B2C brands, understanding of integrated marketing and campaign activity (e.g. brand building/product launches)
  • Strong capability in experiential campaigns, use of emerging digital techniques, social content, influencers and partnerships, other media 
  • Relationship building with clients - inspiring, selling concepts, be a great partner.
  • Strong storyteller - clear ability to convey a message in a compelling way for the audience.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and (working with the strategy team) how to develop ideas which provide powerful connection and engagement between our client’s brands and their target audiences.
  • Knowledge and clear passion for digital innovation, emerging technology and how this can be utilised to create world class experiences
  • Proven track record of winning both large-scale multifaceted projects with blue-chip global organisations, as well as smaller-scale, niche brands that may offer more profile for the agency
  • Broad sector experience e.g. Technology and Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Gaming, Alcohol.

The opportunity for you at Imagination

A Creative Director represents a position of excellence and strategic design leadership within the company.
 
You will work across a wide variety of global brands, developing award winning, high profile experiences not limited to; immersive experiences and video content, interactive content, XR, Virtual Production, gaming, social Media, Apps, Interactive Installations, Websites, UI and Interaction Design. 

You will help build creative strategies to develop new business opportunities and craft the brand narrative by positioning the story at the heart of immersive and transformative experiences.

What you will do here

You will lead experience design, creative, and project teams, and consult with others to ensure the creative process aligns with our strategic approach, and that our work continues to challenge the status quo.
  • An all-round concept developer with at least 10 years of Senior Creative and CD-level experience in digital agencies at the highest international level.
  • Produce industry-challenging ideas and present them in equally compelling decks.
  • You know how to show leadership without a show of force, giving our teams a clear creative direction and ownership over their projects.
  • Independently lead fast-paced pitches but also love going the extra mile when painstakingly pushing running projects to perfection.
  • Champion storytelling and are experienced working together with all creative disciplines.
  • In digital, the user experience is king, so you should be sovereign when shaping concepts that captivate and inspire.
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills
  • As part of a flexible-work supporting company, you must be able to successfully direct work at a distance.
  • Possess superb communication, time-management and process-management skills
  • Lead multiple project deliveries concurrently, from conception to completion
  • Support the hiring, managing and mentoring of creative team members.
  • Nurture and growing a super-talented and diverse team of creatives across digital and content designers.
  • Facilitate workshops, digital reviews and ideation sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and build relationships with external creative and technology partners and resources. 
  • Lead from the front in ensuring the wellbeing of the team and establishing a strong culture based on collaboration, empowerment, creativity and innovation.
