We’re hiring for a Data Manager to lead delegate registration as a service across all projects where required and to provide a consistent approach to delegate management within Imagination.
In this role you will support our event delivery teams on a diverse range of projects, from full support on high-profile Retailer Training Events for 2,000 delegates to Long Service Awards for 50 attendees. You will have a strong client facing focus; maintaining and building client relationships, as part of excellent service, is fundamental to this position.
The Data Manager is responsible for creating and understanding the guest experience from invitation through to registration, creating joining instructions, managing all changes and reporting. You will assist with guest registrations, chase up missing data and support with hardware/software set-up and integration. You’ll also be involved with on-site event delivery including overseas so you’ll need to be willing to travel and sometimes work unsociable hours.
You’ll already have a strong knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry, extensive experience of delegate management systems, as well as previous data management experience in a senior position. You must have excellent attention to detail (this is critical) and the confidence to build relationships with clients. You’ll be a team player, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise work, whilst delivering under pressure. Fluency in additional European Languages would be advantageous. A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine passion about working within this field is also essential.
