Sony UK’s annual key dealer meeting needed to showcase the Sony United product family, express the brand’s ‘like no other’ positioning, renew dealer motivation and secure dealers’ commitment to the challenge of the year ahead. The key to this was staging a series of experiential encounters with activities ranging from informal workshops to product feedback sessions. A full entertainment programme provided a vivid contrast to the business agenda for the 1,800 guests. Early reaction from the internal business groups at Sony has been extremely favourable, with many describing the experience as the ‘Best event ever’.
