We balance brand communications with the functional demands of retailing in order to provide unrivalled customer experiences.

The oral care brand was looking for an innovative variation on the ‘pop-up’ store to debut in New York City. The objective was to generate media buzz and increase profile with target customer groups. We developed the Brilliant Mouth experience, a series of installations offering individual interaction. A Brilliance Bar supported product sampling; a Brilliance Wall presented messages within toothpaste boxes; photo booths allowed visitors to upload their brilliant smile to the Rembrandt website. Media parties and events added to PR visibility over the store opening of six weeks.
