The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China raised US$19 billion in the world’s largest ever initial public offering, which was also the first ever simultaneous dual-listing in Shanghai and Hong Kong.  We managed two client teams of 72 people travelling through 13 cities in 12 days, arranging flights, accommodation, venues, catering, ground transportation, dinner and entertainment. We produced the corporate film, designed and delivered stage sets for 15 group investor meetings, managed a live 3-way video link-up press conference and designed and stage managed the listing ceremony for 600 guests in Hong Kong.
